Cinder River Lodge offers 6-day fishing excursions. Our fish camp is located within our exclusive hunting concession area, which allows us to have the equipment and facilities for a world class fishing experience! Our lodge facility includes a comfortable hunter’s bunkhouse, shower house and main lodge with kitchen. Cinder River Lodge is located about midway down the Alaska Peninsula in prime Brown Bear, Moose, and Salmon spawning habitat. Our area is one of the largest in the state, encompassing the full width of the Alaska Peninsula, reaching from the Pacific Ocean to Bristol Bay. A large portion of the area is located in our exclusive hunting concession of Aniakchak National Preserve. You will be able to fish a variety of different styles and equipment. You may either bring your own rods or use one of ours. We can equip you with spinning or fly rods. We will also have a variety of flies, lures and other gear that the various species will be feeding on. If you have never fly fished this will be a great time to learn. Our guides are very patient and knowledgeable as they teach the intricacies of fly fishing. This is a great way to get to experience remote Alaska with all it has to offer.
